Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Project Coordinator – Turbine Division to manage and coordinate end-to-end execution of biomass-based turbine power plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution tracking, technical documentation, client communication, and coordination with internal departments from order receipt to commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of turbine and power plant projects, from order receipt to final commissioning and handover.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, execution plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage technical documentation, including BOMs, engineering drawings, O&M; manuals, inspection reports, and project records.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all project-related communication.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, material readiness, dispatch schedules, and site activities.
- Coordinate inspection, testing, dispatch, installation, and commissioning of turbines and associated auxiliaries.




- Ensure timely updates of project status, material readiness, and dispatch details in the company ERP/software.
- Assist in proposal preparation, technical data finalization, and cost estimation for turbine projects.
- Support the resolution of technical queries, site issues, and execution-related challenges.
- Maintain records of project communications, minutes of meetings (MoMs), drawings, approvals, and other relevant documents.
- Visit client sites whenever required for project meetings, progress reviews, and execution coordination.

Skills & Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in turbine, boiler, power plant, or energy project coordination.
- Knowledge of steam turbines, Balance of Plant (BOP), and power plant auxiliaries will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of project planning, execution monitoring, and coordination activities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of MS Project or other project tracking tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and technical project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and clients.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, technically sound, and capable of managing multiple project activities simultaneously. Candidates with hands-on experience in steam turbine projects, biomass-based power plants, or industrial energy projects will be preferred.
