Role Description The Project Coordinator – Solar is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of solar EPC and related infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation, and tracking milestones to ensure timely and quality delivery.

The Project

Coordinator will liaise with internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as external vendors and clients, to streamline communication and resolve project issues. Daily activities include preparing progress reports, maintaining project records, assisting with site coordination,



monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and supporting budgeting and cost control efforts. The role also includes assisting in risk identification, helping implement corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and project management skills, including scheduling, resource tracking, and documentation control.
- Basic technical understanding of solar power systems or renewable energy projects, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools; familiarity with ERP or project tracking software is beneficial.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Ability to work on-site at project locations in and around Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; prior experience in solar, EPC, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
