Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, organised, and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Inside Sales Coordinators at our Irugur, Coimbatore location.

The selected candidates will support sales team performance tracking, coordinate with fabricators regarding payment collections, maintain sales and collection records, and prepare daily reports for management.

Freshers with good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales team activities and maintain performance trackers.
- Fabricator Coordination: Contact fabricators by phone to follow up on pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Sales Team Support: Assist sales team members with information, updates, and coordination.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales figures, payment status, and collection details using MS Excel or internal systems.
- Reporting: Prepare and share daily reports on sales performance and payment collections with senior management.
- Payment Follow-ups:



Ensure timely follow-ups and communicate pending collection updates to the concerned teams.
- Coordination: Maintain effective communication between sales teams, fabricators, and management.
- Documentation: Keep sales and collection records organised and up to date.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English are required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Confidence in communicating with fabricators regarding pending payments.
- Willingness to work from the office at Irugur, Coimbatore.
