- Assist the Project Manager in planning and tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for recent product launches, line setups, and capex projects
- Coordinate between production, engineering, quality, maintenance, purchase, stores, and R&D; teams to keep project activities aligned
- Follow up with machine suppliers, tooling vendors, and contractors on drawings, delivery schedules, installation, and commissioning
- Track material, tooling, and equipment requirements and coordinate with purchase and stores for timely availability
