We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment operations to support and coordinate recruitment activities within a fast-paced and evolving marketing/B2B environment. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes.

The candidate will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, business teams, clients, and external stakeholders to coordinate recruitment requirements, track progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring hiring activities progress smoothly and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to understand requirements and track recruitment progress.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, candidate discussions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate records, project documentation, and other relevant reports.
- Monitor recruitment timelines, milestones, deliverables, and pending action items.
- Prepare and share regular status reports and updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Identify potential delays, operational challenges, or process gaps and escalate them appropriately.
- Support improvements to recruitment processes, workflows, and operational practices.
- Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, internal teams,

clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment-related projects and business initiatives.
- Adapt to changing priorities, processes, and requirements within a dynamic and evolving organization.
