Job Title: Senior Executive-Location:V-MART RETAIL Division:Projects Experience:4-8 YearsReports to:Senior Manager - ProjectsLevel / Grade4

Job purpose:

Responsible for working in various projects keep time in mind and getting the project done as per deadline

Primary responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinator as per project sites.
- Vendor management billings, material quality check.
- Perform field checks of project sites or survey areas over & verify survey results
- Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders
- Resolve any issue or query with landlords (project site)
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time or as per deadline
- Looking after existing store renovations as per requirement
- Keeping proper documentations of all materials, bills etc

Education: Minimum qualification Graduate/ Post graduate- B.Tech- Civil/Electrical

Key Skills and Attributes:

- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, an organized and thorough approach to work
- Strong reporting, high on team spirit, technical and prioritizing skills
- Preferred prior experience in handling software support profile
- Positive organizational, self-management and goal setting skills
