What we look for in a Project Architect - someone who questions the norm, and dares to do things differently:

Design that sells, not just design that looks good. From sales setup to landscape to sample flats to project execution - you shape what the customer feels before they even sign.

Ownership till possession, not just till approval. Your design intent doesn't end at DD level - it lives all the way through execution and beyond.

Brochure-to-site integrity. What we promise on paper is what we deliver on groundand you're the one who makes sure of it.

Master coordinator, not lone wolf. Consultants, vendors, marketing, SLR - you're the thread that ties every moving part together.

Technical depth that never stops learning. Materials, lighting, MEP, NBC/IGBC norms - the details are where the real design lives.

Product experience obsessed. You don't just design spacesyou design how people live, move, and feel in them.

Bold, fearless, unapologetically passionate. You question "why we've always done it this way" and you're not afraid to build the answer.

Proactive in office, not reactive after. You catch problems before they become delays that's what separates architects from firefighters.
