Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and development for mixed-use real estate projects

- Prepare and review concept designs, master plans, and elevations

- Develop and coordinate sanction drawings as per local authority norms

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and landscape consultants

- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution

- Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality control and design compliance

- Handle site coordination and resolve in office technical issues

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of concept development and architectural detailing

- Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination (Structure, MEP, HVAC, Landscape)

- Good understanding of building bye-laws and approval processes

- Ability to manage drawings, documentation, and timelines efficiently

Software Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

- Experience with any 3D visualization software (SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max)
