Role Description The Project Architect role at Zeon Architects is a full time, on-site position based in Borivali.

The Project

Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction documentation, ensuring design intent, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include developing drawings and specifications, managing BIM models, preparing and reviewing submittals, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role also involves overseeing project schedules and deliverables, supporting sustainable design strategies, and participating in site visits, design reviews,



and quality control checks.

The Project

Architect will work closely with the broader project team to maintain clear communication, resolve design and technical issues, and uphold Zeon Architects’ design and performance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and knowledge of building codes.
- Proficiency in Project Management for architectural projects, including planning, coordination, and tracking milestones.
- Experience with Submittals, including review, coordination, and documentation with contractors and consultants.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Professional experience as a Project Architect or similar role, preferably in commercial and residential projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g.AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render and presentation tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of local Planning Regulations.
