Role & responsibilities

Student readiness and outcomes

- Map each student's profile, target hiring track (frontend, backend, full-stack, MERN, DevOps, QA and others), current level, and gaps.

- Coordinate with mentors to align mock interviews, guidance sessions, and upskilling to each student's needs.

- Run the readiness loop: resume building, LinkedIn profiling, communication, group discussions, mock interviews, and portfolio evaluations.

- Track progress and push it to a explicit target: students interview-ready with portfolio, resume, and mocks done.

- Review and evaluate student projects on technical merit, give real feedback, and guide students on what to build and how to improve.

Student engagement and welfare

- Primary owner of student engagement, general student queries, and escalations.

- Primary owner of student counselling and follow-up (refer academic or university matters to the academic operations owner).

- Primary owner of parent communication on attendance, discipline, and student matters.





- Weekly attendance monitoring and follow-up.

Events and program execution (on ground)

- On-ground mediator and executor for all club, cultural, sports, e-cell, tech, and entrepreneurship events and the broader program plan.

- Co-plan and mobilise students for events with club presidents; coordinate between the program team, students, and faculty.

- Support fests and marquee events with on-ground execution.

Operations

- Primary owner of the E-Cell on campus; support Sports and Cultural clubs with student mobilisation.

- Maintain the student and engagement issue tracker; follow issues to closure.

- Own student records, engagement data, and related MIS; provide data when needed.

- Support classroom readiness and AV where student action is required, and report issues noticed during floor rounds.
