Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, backend frameworks, and system architecture, and will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Debug, test, and optimize existing applications

- Work with databases to design schemas and write optimized queries

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams

- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services

- Lead backend development using frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI

- Architect and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs

- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications

- Optimize database queries and data models for performance and scalability

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams

- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers

- Participate in system design, technical discussions, and architecture planning

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 24 years of professional experience in Python development





- Prior experience as a Python developer is desirable

- Expertise in at least one Python framework and a working knowledge of front-end technologies

- Understanding of how Object Relational Mapper libraries function

- Understanding of front-end programming languages

- Knowledge and ability to work using server-side templating languages

- Work on improving the server-side platform and web frameworks

- Ability to work with Python libraries(Pandas and Numpy)

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Python development

- Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming

- Extensive experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs / Microservices

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

- Experience with ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)

- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)

- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS)

- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

- Exposure to security best practices and performance optimization
