- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate documentation and process handling.

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement for end-to-end sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost control.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of inventory management, basic commercial terms, and vendor evaluation techniques.

- Candidates should have proficiency with MS Office and ERP or procurement software, along with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

- Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Prior experience in purchasing or procurement within Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) processing

- Experience in PR-to-PO conversion and vendor coordination

- Basic knowledge of import purchasing procedures and documentation
