Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Source raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, spare parts, and other requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, stock levels, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and Management.
- Handle vendor follow-ups and resolve purchase-related issues.
- Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Ice Cream, Dairy, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Languages: English, Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi.
