Roles & Responsibilities:

- Vendor negotiation
- Cost analysis
- Supply chain coordination
- ERP/MIS knowledge
- BOQ interpretation

- Technical knowledge of IBMS & ELV systems
- Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management,



including vendor evaluation and negotiation.

- Experience in purchase planning and handling purchase orders, with the ability to manage timelines and budgets.
- Solid analytical skills to compare quotations, assess total cost of ownership, and optimize procurement decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a closely related discipline.

- Familiarity with I BMS, fire safety, and security systems is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement software and standard office productivity tools.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
