Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving of Purchase objective and retention of existing team members and ensure team is trained and motivated.
- Responsible for implementation of purchase related procedures in overall organization with proper understanding to team member.
- Responsible for ensuring proper sourcing, negotiating and procuring materials from vendors.
- Responsible for advising & resolving internal and external issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions with vendors.
- Responsible for verification of Purchase planning for Local & imported RM, Finish goods, Logistics items, Consumable items etc.
- Responsible for coordination with vendors for CAPA submission regarding incoming quality issues.




- Responsible for Internal and external audits related to Purchase with NC closer on time.
- Responsible for Attend DWM meeting, NPD meeting, Vendor Meeting and other purchase related meeting.
- Responsible for KPI monitoring and MRM coordination with management.
- Responsible for KRA and Performance monitoring of purchase team.
- Responsible for Continual improvements in purchase department with Kaizens and suggestions.
