- Manage mechanical procurement activities in India and globally, including purchasing, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier management for EPC projects.
- Draft and review purchase contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and import/export documentation for international machinery shipments.
- Handle sourcing, rate negotiation, purchase orders and cost-effective vendor identification.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of mechanical plant & machinery, including CNC and heavy-duty machines.
- Monitor projects and coordinate with internal departments, clients and suppliers.
- Ensure timely receipt, installation and commissioning of machinery and obtain necessary certificates from Railways.
- Manage purchasing budgets while ensuring quality, reliability and cost optimization.
- Handle multiple projects across India and travel to project sites as required.

Hands-on experience working with procurement modules in SAP or similar ERP systems.
