Role & responsibilities:

- Invite and collect quotations/offers from vendors for required materials and services.

- Prepare comparative statements (CS) for quotation analysis and vendor selection.

- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP as per approved requirements.

- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Maintain purchase records, quotations, and procurement-related documents.

- Assist in identifying and developing recent vendors.

- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements and order status.

- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company policies.

- Support the purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities and MIS reporting.

Qualification:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering

Experience:

- Candidate will be under training for one year.

- Freshers or candidates with experiences in Purchase will be preferred.
