Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and material availability. The ideal candidate should have positive negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates and payment terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and purchase requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans,



and other purchase-related documents.
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with stores to avoid material shortages.
- Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality and specifications.
- Track pending orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
- Experience in vendor management, price negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple purchase requests.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or pharma-related procurement is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
