Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services at the right quality, quantity, price, and delivery schedule while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates and commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and pending purchases.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding delivery, quality, and payment issues.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs, invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure purchases comply with company policies and approved budgets.




- Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle vendor performance evaluation and follow up on discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement reports and MIS.
- Support inventory planning and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

Required Skills:

- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Vendor management and sourcing skills.
- Knowledge of purchase/procurement processes.
- Good Excel and MS Office skills.
- ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
