- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and maintain solid relationships.
- Procurement Operations: Handle purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor market trends, compare quotations, and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the stores and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Quality Assurance: Work with suppliers to ensure materials meet required specifications and standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
