Role Description This is a full time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Purchase

Executive will handle end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders. Daily tasks include evaluating quotations, negotiating prices and delivery terms, maintaining updated records of purchases, monitoring inventory levels for project materials, and ensuring timely availability of supplies for civil, PEB,



and MEPF projects. The role also involves tracking order status, resolving discrepancies in materials or documentation, supporting compliance with company purchasing policies, and preparing regular reports on purchasing performance and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and management.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
