Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 2-3 years of experience in the interior design, construction, or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for material procurement, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and timely delivery of materials for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing requirements for interior and construction projects.
- Source materials, products, and services from reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to understand material requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify material specifications, quantities, quality, and deliveries against purchase orders.




- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain records of purchases, quotations, invoices, and vendor details.
- Support cost control and ensure procurement within approved budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement.
- Prior experience in an interior design, construction, or building materials company is required.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, construction materials, and suppliers.
- Solid negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple purchasing requirements and meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in material procurement, vendor management, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and supplier coordination within the interior design or construction industry will be preferred.
