Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and efficiency)

About the Role:

Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Executive to manage domestic and import procurement of fittings and accessories for leather bags and wallets.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of leather fittings, hardware, accessories, vendor management, price negotiation, and import procedures to ensure timely availability of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase fittings and accessories such as zippers, buckles, locks, buttons, rivets, magnets, sliders, and other hardware used in leather bags and wallets.
- Handle both domestic purchasing and international import procurement.
- Identify current suppliers and negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding purchase orders, proforma invoices, advance payments / LC, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with CHA and relevant service providers for import documentation and clearance.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per sampling and production requirements.
- Compare quotations, maintain vendor records, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Stores,



Quality Control, and Accounts.
- Monitor order status, material quality, deliveries, and pending payments.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, vendor details, and MIS reports using MS Excel / ERP.

Required Skills: ✔ Knowledge of leather bag and wallet fittings and accessories is mandatory.

✔ Practical experience in domestic purchasing and import procurement.

✔ Strong vendor management, communication, and negotiation skills.

✔ Knowledge of import documentation and shipment coordination.

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

✔ Strong follow-up, cost-control, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant purchase / procurement experience is mandatory.
- Experience in leather goods manufacturing, leather bags and wallets, or garment accessories will be preferred.
- Candidates with practical experience in importing fittings and accessories will have an added advantage.
