Job Title: Purchase Executive

Experience: 0–4 years (Hospital/Healthcare preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of medical, non-medical, pharmacy, lab, and general hospital supplies. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at optimal cost while maintaining vendor relationships and proper documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Procure medical consumables, IVF disposables, lab items, pharmacy & general supplies
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery
- Maintain purchase records, bills, and inventory documentation
- Coordinate with stores, lab, pharmacy, OT, and admin departments
- Ensure quality, quantity, and compliance with hospital standards
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or over-stocking




- Handle vendor payments coordination with accounts
- Ensure adherence to hospital procurement policies
- Support audits and vendor performance reviews

Skills Required

- Knowledge of hospital/IVF procurement processes
- Vendor negotiation & coordination skills
- Inventory and stock management
- Good documentation and record-keeping
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
- Communication & coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma in Purchase, Supply Chain, or related field
- Hospital / IVF / Healthcare purchase experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
