Role Description The Purchase Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

The Purchase

Executive will track inventory needs, compare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate purchase records, working closely with production and project teams to understand material requirements, and resolving any discrepancies related to deliveries or invoices. The role requires effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth operations for galvanizing plant projects.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Proficiency in Procurement activities such as vendor identification, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing purchasing, preferably in engineering or galvanizing plant equipment.
- Ability to work with ERP or purchasing software and maintain accurate documentation.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
- Graduate degree or diploma in supply chain management, commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a commitment to adhering to organizational policies and ethical procurement practices.
