We are looking for a Purchase Engineer to manage the complete purchase process for Special Purpose Machine (SPM) parts, mechanical components, electrical items, and engineering materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify material requirements and prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation).

- Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.

- Procure SPM machine parts, mechanical components, and electrical items.

- Select suitable vendors and obtain management approval.

- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on material delivery.

- Verify received materials against purchase orders and technical specifications.

- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for payments.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and procurement transactions in Zoho Books.

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Electrical, Stores, and Accounts teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
