Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain smooth coordination between vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and coordinate meetings with UAE vendors for procurement discussions and business requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE vendors to ensure smooth communication and long-term collaboration
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions
- Understand and align with company procurement needs, policies, and operational practices
- Track and ensure timely procurement of sufficient stock/resources to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to forecast inventory needs and minimize stock shortages




- Create and maintain an efficient supply pipeline from vendors to clients
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on market trends, supplier developments, and industry best practices

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills with positive energy and a go-getter attitude
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of market trends and industry updates related to procurement and supply chain operations
