We are looking for a Purchase Analyst to join our Purchase Department at Waghodiya GIDC, Vadodara.

? Position: Purchase Analyst

? Location: Waghodiya GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat

? Experience: 2–4 Years (Relevant Experience)

? Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate – Based on Experience & Interview

? Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field

? Immediate Joining Preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for better value and efficiency.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor follow-ups and ensure timely deliveries.
- Negotiate payment terms, discounts and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Identify and reduce hidden costs such as freight, inventory and maintenance costs.
- Maintain vendor pool and work on LCCS alternatives.
- Prepare and analyze spend and inflation data.
- Assist in should-cost models and vendor development for cost reduction.




- Monitor RM stock levels as defined by HOD.
- Provide purchase support for smooth business operations.

? Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Understanding of procurement, costing, budgeting and inventory management will be an advantage.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
