Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Pulse Medicare Hospital, Mannanthala, Thiruvananthapuram

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an energetic and well-organized PRO to enhance the hospital's public image, build strong patient relationships, and support marketing and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, doctors, and the public.
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and grievances.
- Promote hospital services and coordinate marketing activities.
- Develop relationships with local communities, organizations, and referral sources.
- Support social media promotions, events, and public awareness activities.
- Improve patient satisfaction and strengthen the hospital's brand image.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; PR, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in public relations, marketing, or hospital administration preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
