Role Overview:
Responsible for generating admission leads through field marketing activities, local outreach, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate a minimum of 30 quality leads per day through field visits.
- Conduct BTL activities, promotional campaigns, and local events.
- Build relationships with parents, preschools, coaching centres, and local communities.
- Identify new opportunities for student admissions.
- Coordinate with telecallers and counsellors for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
