Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, counselling and emotional support to patients as part of our integrated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluate patients' emotional and behavioural concerns.
- Provide individual counselling and family counselling, as appropriate.
- Support patients experiencing stress, anxiety, sleep-related concerns, grief and emotional challenges.
- Coordinate with Ayurvedic physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Maintain confidential patient records and counselling documentation.
- Follow qualified ethics and applicable clinical guidelines.

Requirements
- M.A./M.Sc.



in Clinical Psychology or another qualification applicable to the role under current RCI requirements.
- Valid RCI registration is mandatory.
- M.Phil. qualification preferred, subject to applicable professional requirements.
- Experience in counselling, stress management, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.
- De-addiction or rehabilitation experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Ayurveda and its mind-body approach is preferred.
- Strong communication, active-listening and counselling skills.
- Ability to conduct voice-only counselling sessions.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
