Job Title: Psychologist

Job Summary:

We are looking for qualified freshers and experienced Psychologist to support the emotional, behavioural, social, and academic well-being of students. The candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and the school management to identify student needs and provide appropriate counselling, psychological support, and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students.
- Assess students’ emotional, behavioural, social, and learning needs.
- Identify students requiring additional psychological or academic support.
- Develop and implement appropriate intervention and support plans.
- Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.
- Support students with stress, anxiety, behavioural concerns, academic difficulties, peer relationships, and adjustment issues.
- Coordinate with teachers and parents regarding students’ developmental and behavioural concerns.
- Conduct awareness sessions/workshops on mental health, emotional well-being, study skills, stress management, and adolescent issues.




- Maintain proper documentation of counselling sessions, assessments, and interventions.
- Refer students to external clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, or other specialists whenever required.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow professional and school policies.

Eligibility:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology.
- Relevant experience as a Psychologist/Counsellor preferred.
- Candidates with experience working with children and adolescents will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, counselling, and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school management.

Experience: FRESHERS/ 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Location: Panvel

Salary: As per experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
