- Client Leadership: Build strong relationships with client leadership, lead multiple mandates, and serve as the senior point of escalation to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop teams, build functional expertise across MSL, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Business & P&L; Management: Own the P&L; for assigned mandates, drive account growth and profitability, identify current business opportunities, and proactively strengthen client retention.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Administration, to ensure seamless operations and effective delivery across client mandates.
- Growth & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell MSL and Publicis Groupe capabilities, expanding existing client relationships and contributing to overall business growth.

- Relevant Experience: 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading multiple client mandates, managing teams, and owning P&L; responsibilities.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of agency business models, service offerings, and the drivers of client retention, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Client Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence senior client leaders.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to guide and develop junior colleagues while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
