PRT (Primary Teacher) teaches English to students of Classes I to V.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach basic English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students’ pronunciation, handwriting, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Conduct classroom activities, storytelling, recitation, and language games.
- Assess students’ learning through worksheets, tests, oral activities, and assignments.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Manage the classroom and maintain a positive, child-friendly learning workplace.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress.
- Participate in school meetings, training programmes, and other academic activities.

1. TGT English Teacher

TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) teaches English to students of Classes VI to X, depending on the school’s affiliation and recruitment rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English literature, grammar, composition, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Explain prose, poetry,



drama, and other literary texts.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical-thinking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and teaching-learning materials.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records.
- Support students in essay writing, letter writing, creative writing, and public speaking.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial teaching where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Prepare students for examinations according to the prescribed syllabus.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programmes.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
