Primary Teacher (PRT General)

ROLE PURPOSE The Primary Teacher (PRT General) at Ramagya School - N. Extension is responsible for delivering structured, outcome-focused classroom instruction to primary students while maintaining measurable learning outcomes aligned with CBSE curriculum standards and school educational philosophy. This entry-level teaching position requires translating educational theory into practical classroom delivery, ensuring every student receives differentiated instruction and achieves defined academic milestones within the academic calendar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct daily classroom instruction using differentiated teaching methodologies to address mixed-ability student cohorts and diverse learning needs

2. Develop and execute detailed, evidence-based lesson plans aligned to CBSE curriculum scope and school-approved lesson planning templates, ensuring minimum 80% curriculum coverage per term

3. Design and administer formative and summative assessments with transparent rubrics and analytical evaluation of student performance outcomes

4. Maintain student learning outcome assessments with documented evidence demonstrating minimum 70% class average achievement on defined learning objectives

Maintain classroom discipline and order through consistent implementation of school-established protocols and zero-tolerance policy adherence

6. Engage in systematic documentation of student progress and learning outcomes using MS Office tools and school-mandated record-keeping systems

7. Conduct structured parent communication and progress reporting at minimum bi-monthly intervals with documented feedback and evidence of parental engagement

8. Actively participate in school co-curricular activities, moral education initiatives, and holistic student development programs

9. Collaborate with senior academic leadership and subject coordinators to ensure instructional consistency and curriculum alignment

10. Maintain organized classroom environment conducive to learning with appropriate educational resource management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
