Key Responsibilities
- Assess Patients: Conduct interviews, observations, and standardized tests to identify emotional or behavioral issues. [1, 2]
- Diagnose Disorders: Evaluate cognitive and social patterns to diagnose mental health conditions. [1, 2]
- Provide Therapy: Lead individual, group, or family psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). [1, 2, 3]
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create tailored action programs and monitor client progress regularly, adjusting methods as needed. [1, 2]
- Make Referrals: Write referrals to psychiatrists, medical doctors, or specialized clinics when medical intervention or medication is required. [1, 2]
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate, confidential documentation of patient sessions and progress. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
