The role will be responsible for network data management, system preparedness, tripartite agreement management, preparing various daily, monthly & quarterly MIS, cost & tariff analysis. The role will be responsible for assisting the zonal contracting team to manage the renewal & tariff negotiation with hospital-based providers, management of agreement & on boarding the providers while ensuring compliance as per regulator directives.

Provider Servicing and Data Management

Contracting support for zonal teams through operational support, data management & tracking of empanelment activity

System Preparedness

Ensuring system readiness for data publication & claims management

Co-ordination with TPA and Claims Function

Co-ordination with network TPAs for tripartite agreement & provider payment reconciliation Reporting and co-ordination for investigation of suspected fraud and abuse practices by network providers through FWA team.

Cost & Tariff Analysis

Supporting zonal team in agreement renewal & tariff negotiation
