Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process from prospect assessment to final submission.
- Engage directly with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Manage RFP/RFQ responses, technical & commercial proposals, presentations and clarifications.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Engineering, Commercial and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop technically compliant and competitive proposals for Rolling Mill & Flat Mill projects/ CNC Machine /VMC Machine
- Review customer specifications, identify gaps and coordinate technical clarifications.
- Provide technically sound responses to client queries and support proposal negotiations.
- Lead and guide the proposal team while ensuring timely submission within customer deadlines.
- Continuously improve proposal processes, quality and turnaround time.
