Role Description the Proposal/Bid Specialist is a full-time onsite role responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process, from initial opportunity identification to final submission. This role includes analysing RFPs and bid documents, coordinating proposal timelines, and gathering necessary information from internal stakeholders. The specialist will draft, edit, and format proposal content to align with client requirements and company standards, ensuring persuasive and compliant responses.

Daily activities also involve maintaining proposal templates, updating content libraries, and collaborating with sales, operations, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality proposals. The role requires consistent communication, adherence to deadlines, and careful documentation of proposal outcomes for continuous improvement.

- QualificationsStrong Proposal Management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the full proposal lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Proposal Writing, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and compliant content tailored to RFP requirements.
- Experience working with RFP processes, including reviewing, interpreting, and responding to complex bid specifications.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to handle multiple concurrent proposals, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Work with the KM team to maintain case studies, company credentials, and reusable content.
- Coordinate with Sales, Research, Consulting, and Design teams to gather inputs and meet deadlines.

- Leverage AI tools
- Must-Have Skills1–6 years of relevant experience in the Market Research and Consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of the Market Research industry, research services, and consulting business.
- Strong written communication, content structuring, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines.
- Willingness to adopt AI tools and technologies.
- Experience in presales, bidding, proposal development, or RFP/RFI responses.
- Preferred SkillsExperience creating client presentations, capability decks, or credentials documents.
- Exposure to Knowledge Management (KM), case studies, and content repositories.
- Experience working with design teams on client-facing presentations.
