We are looking for a Property Manager to manage day-to-day hostel operations and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee hostel operations and student experience
- Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth functioning
- Coordinate with sales for occupancy management

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in hostel / hotel / co-living/ hospitality
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to stay on-site
- High ownership and accountability

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
