This position is for a boutique hotel in Dehradun
- Guest experience & front office operations
- Staff management, hiring & training
- Cordination with Corporates and companies for sales (Sales call)
- Revenue & sales support (manage all OTAs with Sales Exec)
- Daily operations: lobby, restaurant coordination, room readiness
- Reservations oversight
- Coordination with Housekeeping & F&B;
- Handle guest escalations & VIP guests
- Crisis & safety management
- Maintain rate parity & assist with pricing decisions
- Oversee property accounts (basic P&L; awareness)
✅ This is the head of the property — handles both strategy and daily operations.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
