Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.

- Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.

- Manage and coordinate contractors, labour, and site workers.

- Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily work progress.

- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.

- Check quality of work and immediately report any defects or deviations.

- Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager regarding site requirements and issues.

- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site updates.

- Ensure materials are properly received, stored, and utilized at site.

- Monitor work completion as per the project schedule and daily targets.

- Coordinate with MEP and other teams wherever required.

- Ensure compliance with site safety and housekeeping standards.

- Identify site issues and support timely resolution.

- Assist in snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.
