Role Description The Project Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of parking infrastructure projects. This role includes assisting in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The Project

Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service, to gather requirements, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day activities involve monitoring project milestones, preparing status reports, handling customer inquiries related to ongoing projects,



and supporting site activities such as installation coordination and vendor follow-up. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices, and helping ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess risks, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure a positive project experience.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist with planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating site activities.
- Candidates should possess Sales awareness to support the sales team with project-related inputs and help align solutions with customer needs.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and experience in infrastructure, construction, or technology projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, visit project locations as needed, and collaborate in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment is expected.
