Role Description The Program Manager – Digital Applications is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The individual will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of digital application initiatives that support manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program scope and roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also covers vendor and partner management, risk and issue tracking, and driving adoption and continuous improvement of digital tools.

The Program

Manager will collaborate closely with IT, operations,



and business leaders to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of digital applications across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing enterprise digital applications or platforms (e.g., Source to Pay, Transport Management, CRM, HRMS, data analytics tools) in a complex business environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate effectively with IT and vendor teams.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory considerations is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated skills in change management, user training, and driving adoption of new systems or processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
