Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Store Director / Store Coordinator who can manage operational support activities including hotel and transport bookings, regular follow-ups,

and coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

- Manage hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and transport coordination as per business

requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel desk, and internal teams for smooth arrangements.
- Ensure timely confirmations and proper documentation for all bookings.
- Follow-ups & Administration
- Regularly follow up with candidates, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Track pending activities and maintain proper status updates.




- Handle coordination for onboarding logistics or operational requirements when required.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain clear and professional communication with employees, candidates, and external partners.
- Act as a single point of contact for coordination related activities.
- Escalate issues proactively and ensure quick resolution.

Required Skills

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities proactively.
