- Overview of the job:

Will have complete end-to-end responsibility for our project with Teacher Training, Government School STEM Program, CSR Tie-ups, Fund raising. Will be responsible for managing a portfolio that covers 70-100 government schools. This will include prospecting for new opportunities, proposal making, planning & budgeting, operational tracking, relationship mgmt. with sponsors and monitoring & evaluation of academic outcomes.

This role will require passion and commitment for a social cause. It will involve working with government schools, officials and corporate sponsors – along with the internal CTD team – to bring about lasting impact in education.

- Required hours: Full time, 5 days a week in our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Benefits and compensation: Up to Rs. 1,20,000 a month
- Experience and qualifications:





o 10-20 years of experience in a corporate or NGO organisation, with experience managing projects, handling teams, reporting. o Experience in fund raising / business development o Experience in presenting to corporate sponsors, creating proposals, project plans, budgets o Management skills to monitor project health, identify risks & mitigate them, track budget vs actual spend o High fluency in English and one other language (Kannada / Hindi etc)

o Ability for critical thinking, analysis and problem solving o Importantly, passionate about making a difference in the social space. Experience in the development sector will be an advantage
