Key Responsibilities

- Fabric & Material Planning: Plan fabric requirements, place raw material orders with suppliers, and track timely deliveries with proper billing documentation.
- Production Tracking: Dispatch fabrics to garment or stitching units with complete specifications (quantities, patterns, size charts) and monitor daily production progress.
- Logistics & Documentation: Prepare delivery challans, manage dispatch slips, handle shipping/logistics paperwork, and track payment confirmations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with sales teams on client samples and pricing inputs, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Data Management: Update daily production trackers, ERP tools, or spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets)





Typical Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (a background in textile technology, fashion design, or supply chain is a plus).
- Experience: Generally 0 to 3 years of experience in operations, garment manufacturing, or logistics coordination.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, inventory software basic supply chain flow, and strong communication skills.
