Job Overview & Responsibilities:

- Lead from the front: Conduct engaging workshops and interactive sessions across schools that spark curiosity, build awareness, and inspire students.
- Be the face of the brand: Represent us at school fairs, career festivals, and outreach events with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
- Become a storyteller: Understand our offerings inside out and communicate their value in a way that connects with students, parents, and educators.
- Create memorable experiences: Contribute to exciting initiatives like High School Startup League, AI Hackathon, Startup Weekend, and Winter Week .
- Drive growth: Build and execute outreach and conversion strategies to turn student and parent interest into meaningful engagement.
- Build lasting relationships: Connect with students, parents, educators,



and school leaders while building trust and strengthening the brand.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Education: Fresh graduates from top-tier universities with strong academic and extracurricular credentials.
- Experience: Prior involvement in college clubs, committees, Toastmasters, or event management preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

- An excellent communicator and confident public speaker
- Comfortable facilitating sessions for groups of students
- Energetic, adaptable and comfortable with extensive travel
- Robust at building relationships and representing a brand
- Proficiency in Excel and strong familiarity with using AI tools effectively for daily tasks.
- Hands-on public speaking/facilitation experience is highly valued — this could come from MUNs, debates, Toastmasters, college societies, workshops, presentations, event hosting or similar experiences.
