Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining proper records, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and maintain proper updates.
- Check and verify work completed by the concerned team.
- Maintain daily reports, records, and necessary documentation.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Handle client-related requirements and provide necessary support.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ensure work is completed accurately within the given timelines.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain proper discipline and follow company processes and guidelines.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.




- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of email communication is preferred.
