Job Summary

I'm looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The candidate should have experience in production planning, manpower management, powder coating/painting processes, and shop floor operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Supervise workers and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Achieve daily production targets within the given timeline.
- Monitor powder coating and painting processes.
- Maintain product quality and reduce rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and worker discipline.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in production supervision.
- Experience in powder coating, painting, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning and manpower handling.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
